Within the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence, and as part of our campaign “#unsafe” we ran our webinar “The Family Laws in Egypt” on Saturday; 3 December 2022.
We discussed our recently-published research paper “The Problematique of Family Laws in Egypt” which addresses personal status laws from the perspective of legal jurisprudence, and the judicial rulings that dealt with them in detail.
